"TEP" Tradition-Excellence-Passion

This third part of the 4th Virtual Coaches Talk is about the "TEP" (Tradition-Excellence-Passion) system/idea that helps me build teams. I feel these are three very important ingredients to build a team with a strong foundation while creating sustainable success. I have been using these for the last 26 years ;-)
