Ingredients To Become A Successful Coach

I have done this presentation several times and I feel has a good message about what it is that I think helps a coach to be successful. This is from my experience of over 40 years of being a swimmers and a swim coach. These are just my thoughts and how I feel I have been able to create a personal formula to build a TEAM empowering swimmers, coaches and parents to be the best they can be.
