One of my good friends Jimmy Tierney, Head Coach of the Men's & Women's Swimming and dicving team at McKendree University in Lebanon-Illinois, proposed this topic that really made for a great conversation not only in this group but also with the Southeast Asia Coaches Talk we had previously today.
